MyStory is a life story documentation company. Our mission is to normalize life story documentation by empowering every individual to easily capture, share, and preserve their legacy for themselves, their loved ones, and generations to come.
Our story
In 2016, during a family dinner, my grandfather began sharing stories about his youth in Harlem, New York. As the son of Irish immigrants, his life was marked by hardship and resilience. He recounted his early jobs, like stripping copper from wires at night and delivering milk, to help support his family. His journey was a rollercoaster, including battles with alcoholism and ultimately finding redemption.
Our vision for the future of how we are remembered
We each live incredibly rich lives, filled with romance, comedy, drama, and adventure. No person's life should be summarized into a mere obituary, Instagram post, or line on a tombstone. Our vision is to capture and archive the world's stories dynamically and holistically, giving every life the justice it deserves.
